ULGA

WORKSHOP AND PRESENTATION

“Ulga” is a developing series of meetings exploring themes of regeneration, memory, and resistance
in diasporic, ecological, and bodily contexts. “Ulga” offers a collective exhale: a space for restoration, storytelling, and practices of care for the body.

The program, unfolding in two parts, involves shared cooking, myth-making, somatic practices,
and sound. Te meetings create a living space for communal care, inviting participants to listen mindfully, share, and imagine new ways of being together.

In one-hour workshops of singing and sounding together, Otucha shared practices and research rooted in rural Eastern European vocal traditions, deep listening, and somatic work.
